Antonietta Collins

Antonietta Tonite Gonzalez-Collins is an Mexican American journalist. She is employed by ESPN as a SportsCenter News Anchor. The first time she worked at ESPN in the year 2016. Her mother is the journalist on television Maria Antonieta Collins. Antonietta was bilingual since when she was nine years old. The ability that allowed her to get her first position as a Univision production assistant in Miami. In Miami, she was a producer for National shows like Nuestra Belleza Latina Premios Lo Nuestro Premios Juventud Primer Impacto. She was hired as an reporter at CBS St. Petersburg. CBS St. Petersburg affiliate following that. After 2009, the reporter moved from St. Petersburg to Rio Grande Valley Texas where she was employed by KNVO TV 48 Univision as in addition to Fox2 News. Then, shortly afterward, her parents separated and, in 1995 Fabio Fajardo got married again. He passed away from kidney cancer in 2006. The holiday in the summer that she lived with her sister at Canton Ohio where the older Collins girl was offered a job. Antonietta who was in high school having a clear idea of where she wanted her future to be, visited Mount Union University to see what she could get out of the college. Then, she fell in love with the school. The university offered her an academic major. After finishing her high school education, she chose to enroll at the university with a major in Media Studies. Mark Bergmann - her professor - was also the managing director at WRMU (91.1 FM) in which she was a part of. It was he who inspired her confidence and whose passion in Journalism touched her deeply. In turn, she strived to fulfill his expectations and never let him down.
